How does a session work?

Sessions are undertaken using Zoom and work very effectively at a distance. We start with an initial consultation to understand what your intentions or goals are for the session. This can be anything that is affecting your life such as emotional issues, a physical issue, relationships or a situation in your life.

​During the conversation we will agree specific intentions to focus on in the session. Following this I will start channeling Vortex and you can remain seated or lie down during the session. I will use VortexHealing® on the various parts of the energy system, organs, chakras and energy bodies that require healing and transformation based on this intention set at the start.

​During the session I may ask you to place your awareness in certain areas of the body whilst breathing deeply to help engagement with the process. Sometimes I will mention information I sense that may be useful for you and you are also welcome to let me know what is coming up for you during the session too.

Normally clients feel a deep sense of peace and calm towards the end of a session as they feel a sense of returning back to their essence. Providing a feeling of deep relaxation and balance internally that reflects back to them in their outer world.​

We finish the session with a discussion on what you experienced and how you are feeling. I will mention any other useful information and if required provide guidance on tools and techniques that may be useful for you. These tools are drawn from my years of experience of meditation, mindfulness, brainwave training and Positive Neuroplasticity Training (PNT) .
